Out of 15,257 COVID-19 tests carried out yesterday, 1008 new cases have been detected among 407 expatriate workers, 571 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 30 are travel-related.
There are currently 96 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 158 cases receiving treatment. 10,694 are stable out of a total of 10,790 active cases.
Two Bahraini women, aged 86 and 33, died yesterday, taking the total number of deaths to 607. No information was provided if they suffered any preexisting medical conditions
