Bahrain records 935 new cases from 17,392 tests

Out of 17,392 COVID-19 tests carried out on 1 April 2021, 935 new cases have been detected among 267 expatriate workers, 648 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 20 are travel-related. There were 749 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 136,064.


There are currently 61 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 176 cases receiving treatment. 8,732 are stable out of a total of 8,793 active cases.
