We believe that our commitment to the environment and society extends to caring for animals. I’m proud to lead a property that welcomes pets. We continue to improve travel experiences for pet lovers, such as me, and create a trusted destination where we can share memorable experiences with our pets. Hilton Bahrain aims to redefine upscale urban living with our ‘paw-fect’ services and perks like exclusive VIP pet membership, treats, and their own in-room pet dining menu!

Do you have any major plans for the hotel?

Brace yourself as we prepare to open additional fabulous restaurants with fantastic new concepts that will enhance our current offerings of food and drinks.

Soon, we will be launching our Executive Lounge on the 39th floor. With its stunning view and artistic design adorned with beautiful artworks, it promises to be an exceptional space for our guests to indulge in.

Since we met last year, what are some of the significant changes at the hotel?

We proudly support Hilton’s Travel with Purpose, an economic, social, and governance strategy to drive responsible travel and tourism. We aim to champion the cause of sustainability and environmental activism in Bahrain’s hospitality industry. To that end, we have eradicated single-use plastic from the property. 

Is there a particular saying or motto that guides you?

This question has guided me my whole career until this very day: “Will it spark joy?”

I have always believed that happy team members create happy guests. So in every decision I make, I ask myself this question: will my actions spark happiness and positivity in my team members and, therefore, spread to our guests?

As we empower our team members, I always give them this final thought: to ask themselves this question whenever they decide. After all, joy and positivity are what we want to leave our guests and team members with.
