Tell us something personal, what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

I can adapt to any situations. I am flexible and invite ideas from my team. I am genuine without egos and I can persuade people to do their best. I don’t believe in weaknesses as this is negative, I believe we can overcome all weaknesses with positive thoughts and belief.

In a fiercely competitive market, how do you plan on remaining at the forefront of the hospitality game?

I keep calm and patient when the business is slow. I always am optimistic about my vision and mission by implementing innovative ideas.

What has been the biggest challenges and successes of the past year?

My biggest challenge was to rebrand two four-star hotels. At the same time, it has been my success because these two hotels became icons in Bahrain’s hospitality industry.

What are your future plans for the hotel?

Expanding the food and beverage facilities in Gulf Suites Hotel to the best in the industry.

Which part of Bahrain is your favorite and why?

Being a hotelier, my favorite places in Bahrain are Juffair, Seef and Amwaj.
