The registration for the fourth event of this year’s “Food is Culture” is now open, taking place in the Sheikh Salman bin Ahmed Al-Fateh Fort (Riffa) on Saturday the 27th of March, 2021, starting at 6pm.
Bringing together the duo behind Alabaster & Cannoli, Lara Abbasi and Maria Knowles, and fine artist Salman Najem, this team will showcase their riveting installations and a thoughtful selection of dishes.
Named the Riffa Fort for its location, also known as the Sheikh Salman bin Ahmed Al-Fateh Fort, will be the backdrop of this unique collaboration. Celebrated as a historical landmark that witnessed one of the most important junctures in Bahrain’s history, this site overlooks the picturesque Al-Haniniya Valley.
In compliance with the precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus recommended by the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Bahrain, all Food is Culture activities require prior registration.
