Ceremonies may be performed indoors in one of our breathtaking Ballrooms or on the outdoor Terrace by the tropical garden and the lagoon-style pool. Gulf Hotel has two ballrooms and an outdoor space that can provide the following:
- Big Ballrooms: Big weddings up to 1000 guests
- Small Ballroom: Small wedding up to 350 guests
- Outdoor space: Weddings can be held at the Terrace looking over the swimming pool and can hold up to 250 to 300 guests.
- Catering for outside weddings.
Wedding packages for the small ballroom includes either a complimentary stage decoration or a full package depending on the bride/groom’s preference.
- If you book Awal Ballroom for 250 guests and above, the bride & groom get a complimentary stage decoration voucher with one of the wedding planners contracted by Gulf Hotel.
- If the client requested a full wedding package, a full package wedding voucher, where they can decorate the stage (Kousha) & the guests seating tables will be provided.
- If Al Dana Ballroom is booked for 450 guests or more, the bride & groom will be getting a wedding voucher for their stage decoration as a complimentary from the hotel.
To make the big day even more special, the bride can personalise the theme of her wedding along with the guest menu. The groom can also add his touches through his grand entrance, where he can hire a private traditional band for the biggest moment of their lives. The Gulf Hotel also works with couples who want to plan the wedding on their own. Their dedicated team can assist in creating a custom celebration, from arrangements to menu, and are well-versed in traditional weddings – allowing couples to celebrate in style.
