Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) was officially inaugurated under the patronage of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, by HRH Prince Salman, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on November 21, 2022. EWB is a stunning piece of architecture with exquisite accents of traditional designs over a total area of 309,000 square metres.
Most recently, EWB was awarded the World’s Leading New Exhibition and Convention Centre at the World Travel Awards 2023!
Owned by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), and operated by BTEA’s strategic partner ASM Global, EWB is an innovative, adaptable and flexible space, made to host multiple concurrent events of different sizes and genres, from large conventions and exhibitions to conferences and meetings, live entertainment performances, weddings, galas and celebrations, and corporate functions.
Since its opening, EWB has hosted prestigious events such as Jewellery Arabia, Cityscape Bahrain, and Scent Arabia. During hotter months, international artists perform live in concert at the venue’s many halls to scores of fans. EWB is a project that compliments Bahrain’s appeal as a destination and capitalizes on its potential to become a regional hub for the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry.
