In your opinion, what makes a restaurant special?

What matters is how the guests feel when they dine at the restaurant, as if the food was made especially for them. The main factors that make a restaurant special are friendly service and the quality of food and beverages; not just the presentation but the finer details such as taste, smell, and the combination of ingredients.

What is/are your personal favourite dish/es?

Barbecue, all the way!

How do you ensure your restaurants always meet the highest standards of quality?

We always ensure the highest quality of ingredients are used in the preparation of our dishes especially when it comes to the origin and finest cuts of meat.

What are your thoughts on Bahrain’s restaurant sector?

Bahrain has a thriving and growing F&B sector with versatile cuisines offered and new concepts.

What are three dishes you would recommend guests try at your restaurant?

We don’t serve a la carte at Via Brasil – instead, we offer a full Brazilian Churrascaria dining experience, where guests can enjoy unlimited Brazilian BBQ. However, I would highly recommend guests try Picanha, Rib Eye and Lamb Chops.

What are your favourite places to eat in Bahrain?

My favourites are my own restaurant, Via Brasil at the Wyndham Garden Manama and Fatto, which is great for Italian food.

If you were allowed to keep just one ingredient from your kitchen with you, what would it be?

Sea Salt
