Out of 14,496 COVID-19 tests carried out on 9 August 2021, 101 new cases have been detected among 27 expatriate workers, 56 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 18 travel related. There were 129 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 267,772.
There are currently 5 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 3 cases receiving treatment. 1000 are stable out of a total of 1005 active cases.
