Audi Centre Bahrain, under the dealership Behbehani Brothers W.L.L once again honoured the pink October by organizing a Pink drive with the female customers to raise awareness about breast cancer in Bahrain. Educational sessions were arranged at the Ritz Carlton in partnership with the Royal Bahrain Hospital to educate women on early detection, self-examination and free check-ups were distributed.
The Audi RS Q3 Sportback, one of the most compact and powerful SUV from Audi Sport was wrapped pink during the month of October and used as the lead car for the Audi Pink Drive.
The ladies went for the awareness drive looping Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway, waving pink flags all over Bahrain.
The drive was followed by an event at the Ritz Carlton in association with Pink Media house and Royal Bahrain Hospital. Dr. Neetha delivered educational sessions on how to self-examine at home, signs and symptoms for early detection. Dr. Natasa who is also a cancer survivor herself shared her personal story and the event was concluded distributing free breast cancer check-ups.
