Active coronavirus cases in Bahrain dips below 4,000 mark

Active cases below 4,000 for the first time since 6th September when the cases were 4,270.

Out of 9,627 COVID-19 tests carried out yesterday, 334 new cases have been detected among which 101 are expatriate workers, 223 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 10 are travel related. There were 438 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 71,687.

There are currently 51 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 91 cases receiving treatment. 3,930 cases are stable out of a total of 3,981 active cases
