Guests and visitors can enjoy a fine dining experience on the rooftop terrace at Indigo, the in-house restaurant, offering an array of cuisines and excelling, particularly, in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. The Indigo restaurant also uses a variety of fresh herbs sourced directly from The Merchant House’s very own terrace garden, including rosemary, lavender, jasmine, and lots more.
