Euro Motors, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles in Bahrain won two major awards at the BMW Group Middle East Importer Awards, held on March 7. The group was conferred the BMW Customer Service Champions 2023 and the BMW Sales Champions 2023 prizes.
The BMW Customer Service Champions award specifically recognised the exceptional teamwork across all departments at Euro Motors. Celebrating the various facets that create remarkable service experiences and an exceptional customer journey, the award was given to Euro Motors taking into consideration including its popular test drives, seamless handover experience post-purchase, outstanding NPS (Net Promoter Score) numbers reflecting customer satisfaction levels, and the efficiency and reliability demonstrated by the importer’s Parts department.
