Women of the World (WOW) Coaching Programme is pleased to announce the launch of its masterclasses for women in Bahrain. WOW is an all-women global group coaching programme for ambitious women who want to proactively shape the next stage of their career and lives.
Isa Buencamino, WOW’s Founder and Coach, said that they help women feel confident about the choices they make for their future, get clear on how to get there, and feel emboldened to take their first steps.

Summary and aim of the masterclass series
The Masterclasses cover a variety of topics that together support women pursue their ambitions.
These sessions are delivered monthly, supplement the coaching programme and ensure continuous learning for its WOW alumni network and guests. The Masterclasses include ‘teach ins’ on development areas, and keynote sessions from specialists and inspiring female role models.
This month’s Masterclass topic is: Getting the “Top Job”
The next WOW Masterclass is scheduled on Tuesday, 24th May from 4PM to 5PM (GMT+3). The theme, “Getting the Top Job”, aims to identify how we ensure that women who have the talent for the top job – go for it and succeed.
The Masterclass will be facilitated by Leanne Arcinue, a consultant, executive search and leadership advisor for one of the most prestigious executive search firms in the world. Based in New York, she is tasked to recruit and place some of the biggest and highest-paying jobs.
In this Masterclass, Leanne will share her observations and insights from her years working with top female leaders, helping them get “top jobs”. Joining her is Serpil Demirel, WOW Coach and former CEO of one of the biggest mining companies in Turkey. Along with Leanne, Serpil will share her experience reaching the CEO role.
