In your opinion, what makes a restaurant special?
The food, the ambience and the service that bring people together, encouraging them to stay and enjoy the experience, make a restaurant special.
What is your personal favourite dish?
It changes based on my mood.
How do you ensure your restaurants always meet the highest standards of quality?
It’s by putting down a solid base and ethos to work with. I like to get involved and make sure everything follows the standards that I have set.
What are your thoughts on Bahrain’s restaurant sector?
Bahrain’s restaurant sector is eclectic and evolving, with new options and cuisines to try.
What are three dishes you would recommend guests try at your restaurant?
I would recommend trying some of our good-quality beef dishes, our homemade pastas and our pizzas.
If you were allowed to keep just one ingredient from your kitchen with you, what would it be?
Cheese – it can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. In a risotto, bread, on its own, and in almost any dish.
