His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has been named the World Endurance Champion at Šamorín, Slovakia. His team won the cup after winning the 160-kilometre race – 7 hours, 55 minutes and 42 seconds.

Royal Team riders Cecilia and Raed Mahmoud finished fourth and fifth respectively. HH Shaikh Isa bin Faisal bin Rashid Al-Khalifa showed his potential, finishing the 160-kilometre race.
