Tell us a bit about yourself. What motivated you to pursue a career in the hospitality industry?
After acquiring my diploma in travel and tourism, I had the opportunity to work at Bahrain Duty Free Shops Co. During my time there, I understood my interests and redefined my skill sets for the hospitality industry. From there, I started looking for opportunities and Gulf Suites Hotel opened its doors for me. I started my career here as a front desk executive – now I am the hotel’s Head of the Front Office and Guest Relations Manager.
Passion is one of my main motivators. Putting your trust in yourself, abilities and skills will help you achieve things.
What do you aim to bring to Gulf Suites Hotel Amwaj?
The modern hospitality industry much more than just providing accommodations and room service. You need to provide an overall innovative experience to your guests by identifying their needs and expectations. The young travelers who usually spend less time inside the hotel can be attracted by other activities. Live concerts, poolside fun, fitness classes, spas, and special culinary experiences are all among the list.
I thrive to bring zero complaints, exceed guests’ expectations and host a delightful event/stay. Apart from that, I aim to bring a solid team spirit through high motivation and enthusiasm.

You are currently promoting your “Summer Vacation in Amwaj” package – what makes your hotel an ideal location for summer?
During the pandemic, all travelers including locals were in search for a decent, less crowded and lively place to relax in. It is worth noting that GSH’s amenities and services are within reach. Our current “Summer Vacation in Amwaj” package is currently available starting from BD35 net per day. Guests can choose from one to four-bedroom apartments.

On another note, where is your favorite place to go to in Bahrain and why?
Bahrain is a small Island and I love exploring new restaurants. I also love spending time enjoying beautiful beaches.
