In my 25 years of experience, this is one of the biggest problems in our century! Being overweight can give you nothing but discomfort as well as some diseases. It can also make your self confidence low and you value yourself less. Here are some tips:

CHANGE YOUR HABITS

I know that it sounds easy to say or to write down but when it comes to the practical side, things look a bit different. The truth is that you can’t change all your habits in a day or a week. It’s a lifestyle and those changes should happen step by step. Give your body and mind the time to adapt to the new changes.

 

SORT THE RIGHT FOOD FOR YOU

In most cases, you’re going to need a nutritionist or fitness expert trainer. He can provide you with a tailored diet plan.

 

BE ACTIVE

Engage in additional physical activity excluding going to the work, walking in the mall or shopping. You need an activity that raises your heart rate because only then your body will go into the FAT BURNING process! Try swimming, cycling, brisk walking, jogging or any other cardio workout.

 

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

The faster you program your mind, the faster you start to execute the plan and move FORWARD! No one will do it for you because you are the only one that can and prove to yourself that YOU CAN CHANGE! Take the first step and never look back. I really do not believe in excuses; if there is a will there is always a way.

 

COMMIT AND BE CONSISTENT

This is the hardest of all but you must stay committed. You can do this. I REALLY BELIEVE IN YOU! The only thing is HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?
