Washington meets Manama this weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay as two culinary masters come together to prepare the Four Hands Dinners!
Well-known Chef from Washington DC, Angel Barreto is flying into Bahrain this weekend for a two-day feast.
Executive Chef Brian Becher of the Wolfgang Puck restaurants and Barreto will together prepare a South East Asian spread at re/Asian on 9 February. The next day, on 10 February, the two chefs will bring the best of Texas, the East Coast, and New Orleans at the CUT by Wolfgang Puck dinner.
Angel Barreto heads Anju which serves an array of Korean cuisine in a modern home-style setting. Angel has been recognized as a Rising Star and was named Star Chefs Game Changer in 2022.
Brian Brecher of CUT by Wolfgang Puck (which was ranked 25 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants list) and Angel were former colleagues at The Source by Wolfgang Puck and will share the same kitchen again for the two events at Four Seasons.
