Every year, Bahrain’s Best Restaurants Awards celebrates the island’s finest dining spots. Public voting ensures that every foodie on the island gets a chance to support their favourite restaurants, whether it’s a five-star fine dining venue, a hidden gem, or a neighbourhood spot you can’t stop going back to.

It’s a chance for you to have a say in choosing the island’s finest dining spots. If you’re not sure how public voting works, you’ve come to the right place. Take a look at this simple step-by-step guide.

How To Vote for Your Favourite Restaurants?

Step 1: Bahrain’s Best Restaurants Awards 2025 Public Vote page.

Step 2: Enter your name and email address so your vote is counted.

Step 3: Browse through the list of restaurants and select your favourites. You can vote for up to three (3) dining spots.

Step 4: If your favourite spot isn’t listed, don’t worry. Scroll down to the bottom of the list where you’ll find the “Other” option.

Step 5: Click “Other” and type in the name of the restaurant you’d like to vote for.

Step 6: Once you’re happy with your selections, click “Send.” A green confirmation box will appear on your screen, letting you know your vote has been successfully submitted.

Bahrain Confidential celebrates the island’s culinary talent through these awards. First launched in 2019, the platform has grown into the ultimate dining guide, spotlighting the top restaurants as chosen by a panel of judges and the public.

How are the Best Restaurants Selected?

Unlike most awards where categories and criteria are set by organisers, Bahrain’s Best Restaurants Awards is designed to be completely authentic and unbiased. We don’t decide the winners – YOU DO.

Here’s how it works. The Best Restaurants are decided through two means: The Judges’ Votes and The Public Vote. This is how each of them works:

• The Judges’ Vote: Leaders from Bahrain’s hospitality industry – including General Managers and senior executives from five-star and leading four-star hotels – along with hospitality experts, food bloggers, and a select few members of the community, are invited to join a panel of judges. Each judge lists their five favourite restaurants in Bahrain. No categories, no rankings, no restrictions – except one: judges cannot vote for restaurants connected to their own brands or hotels.

• The Public Vote: This is where you come in! Diners across the island, through our online portal, can vote for up to three favourite restaurants. If your restaurant isn’t listed, you can still add your vote by choosing the “Others” option at the bottom of the list and typing in your vote. It’s your chance to make sure your go-to dining spot gets the recognition it deserves.

The Reveal: Winners of the 2025 Public Vote

All winners of the 2025 Public Votes will be felicitated at our gala ceremony this December, where the island’s Hospitality and F&B community comes together to celebrate, connect, and, of course, feast.

Your vote matters, and it might just be the one that helps your favourite restaurant take home the title this year. So whether you’re a food lover, a regular diner, or someone always hunting for the next hidden gem, this is your chance to be part of shaping Bahrain’s culinary story.
