Located at The Merchant House, Indigo has been exciting guests with new culinary experiences! Just recently, the rooftop restaurant launched a new seafood menu perfect for those who are looking to try something fresh and delightful this season.
The menu includes vibrant starters – from fresh oysters to seafood salad – as well as scrumptious mains like the Local King Fish, Oven Baked Sea Bream and Seafood Bouillabaisse.
The dishes from the menu are crafted by Chef Nirmal Pant, who is specialised in cooking seafood. Chef Nirmal has great experience in working for luxury establishments like the W Maldives.
Indigo offers seating both indoors and out on its planted garden terrace, overlooking the heart of bustling Manama.
It is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
