Thursday, August 11th – The Young Museologist at Bahrain National Museum
The Young Museologist program by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities is an Introduction to History and Civilisation to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Children in the age group of 8-13 years participate in learning about the culture, museology and the role of museums in preserving art and heritage every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM this month.

Thursday – Saturday, August 11th – 13th – Independence Day Celebrations at The Indian Club
The Indian Club is celebrating India’s 75th Independence Day & 50 years of Diplomatic Relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain. As part of the celebration, they’re organising:
- Photography competition & exhibition* from 11th Aug to 13th Aug. Entry fee BD 2.5/- per photograph.
- Live Painting campaign on 12th Aug, 4:00 pm onwards.
- Patriotic song competition* on 12th Aug from 6:00 pm onwards & is open to all age groups.
The grand finale function will be held on the 13th of August 2022 from 8:00 PM onwards.
