This weekend (18 April), MasterChef Champion Daniel Lee takes over Thai Lounge, led by Jomjit Cheepchol, with a bold Southeast Asian-inspired menu, brought to life with the support and culinary expertise of Chef de Cuisine, Rerkden Paensurin. Expect an unforgettable blend of signature cocktails and exceptional cuisine as flavours of Southeast Asia fill the air and transport you to the land of spices, aroma, and eclectic creations.
The resort in Bahrain is collaborating with The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, to offer guests an immersive mixology experience. Agave expert, Vedant Shetty and Cantina Kahlo’s Manager, Adrian Paredes, are bringing Mexican-inspired drinks that promise to pair extraordinarily with the award-winning restaurant’s revamped menu, complemented by the in-house Mariachi band.
