stc Bahrain ran its ‘stc Jarna’ initiative for the third consecutive year this Ramadan, providing essential household resources to families across the Kingdom.
Part of the wider ‘stc Fereej’ community programme, stc Jarna focused on delivering practical support to families in need during the holy month. Rather than distributing aid through a central process, the initiative relied on stc Bahrain employees to nominate deserving families within their own neighbourhoods, keeping the effort local and personal.
Shaikh Zeyad Al Khalifa, Chief Government Affairs Officer at stc Bahrain, said the initiative carried particular significance this year.
“At a time when unity and compassion are more vital than ever, our stc Jarna initiative takes on a deeper meaning,” he said. “Our focus is on strengthening the fabric of the local community and providing tangible support to our neighbours.”
stc Jarna sits within stc Bahrain’s wider social responsibility framework, which centres on direct community support across the Kingdom.
