Scent Arabia returns to Bahrain from 24 to 28 November 2026, bringing five days of fragrance, beauty and cosmetics shopping to Exhibition World Bahrain. Entry is free, though you’ll need to register in advance.
Now in its fourth edition, the event runs alongside Jewellery Arabia and Cityscape Bahrain under one roof, and one registration covers all three.
Scent Arabia is a fragrance and beauty exhibition where brands sell directly to visitors rather than the other way round. Instead of browsing a mall counter, you’re walking through hall after hall of perfume houses, with the chance to test, compare and buy at event pricing.
Last year’s edition drew more than 56,000 visitors across the five days, and organisers expect similar numbers this time round.
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the fair has grown into one of the region’s better-known trade events for the fragrance industry.
This year, Scent Arabia expands beyond perfume for the first time. Alongside fragrance, you’ll find cosmetics, skincare, hair care and bodycare on the show floor too, so the trip covers more ground than previous editions.
The point of Scent Arabia is trying things on, not just looking at them.
Test on skin. Sample fragrances and beauty products before deciding on anything, rather than relying on a spray card.
Compare brands side by side. With so many houses under one roof, it’s easier to compare notes, prices and formulations than it would be moving between separate shops.
Buy directly from the brand. Purchases happen on the spot, often at prices you won’t see in retail stores.
Find names you don’t normally see. Alongside the bigger, more familiar houses, the fair tends to bring in smaller and niche perfumers that rarely make it into local malls.
Confirmed exhibitors include Atyab Almarshoud, Qissa Perfumes, Atyab Al Sheikh, Arabian Oud and Junaid Perfumes, with more brands expected to be announced closer to the event.
Registration is free but compulsory, and it’s worth doing in advance rather than turning up and queuing on the day. One registration gets you into Scent Arabia, Jewellery Arabia and Cityscape Bahrain, so it’s a single trip for anyone interested in more than fragrance.
Children under 16 aren’t permitted entry, so this one’s for the adults. With five days to work with, weekday mornings are typically a quieter time to browse if you’d rather avoid the busiest crowds.
