Located at Mövenpick Hotel’s mezzanine floor, Rimal Spa is a European style spa, with an Arabic influence. The spa offers a fusion of modern results-driven treatments, holistic therapies and a traditional Turkish Bath/Hammam experience. Just recently, we had the chance to try their soothing package, perfect for Valentine’s Day!
After indulging in a healthy welcome drink, we filled out the necessary forms that will guide our therapists on our preferences. This included the massage pressure, spa music, pressure points and more. Soon after, we were escorted to the steam room – apparently, steaming before a massage will improve the benefits of the treatment.
Moving on to the best part, the massage! Unlike other massages, the aromatherapy massage is mainly centered on using different types of aroma oils during the session. Overall, the experience was everything we had hoped it would be.
Priced at BD100 per couple, the indulgent package includes a 60-minute Aromatherapy Massage and a 30-minute Express Facial. Complimentary sparkling will also be served during the session.
