Raffles Al Areen Palace, Bahrain has announced the appointment of Yazan Latif as its new General Manager. With more than 25 years of international experience in luxury hospitality, Latif brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to one of the kingdom’s most distinguished properties.
Latif began his career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts as a Front Desk Agent, steadily rising through the ranks to become Director of Rooms. Over the years, his career has taken him to key hospitality hubs including London, Amman, Whistler, Mumbai, and Jakarta, where he gained a global perspective and an eye for detail that has defined his leadership style.
Most recently, Latif served as General Manager at Kempinski Marsa Malaz in Doha, Qatar, where he played a key role in strengthening the hotel’s operational success and reputation as a luxury destination. His expertise also extends to his tenure at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, where he championed service standards and guest satisfaction.
