Popular in Bahrain’s Italian food scene, Primavera at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain unveiled a new menu, curated by Sous Chef Mirsha Moreno. The relaunch marked the restaurant’s latest chapter, highlighting innovative reinterpretations of classic dishes, made with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
Guests began their culinary journey with starters such as Insalata alla Mediterranea, Ricotta Fatta in Casa, Carpaccio di Manzo, and Pizza Tartufo. They chose Risotto ai Funghi Selvatici or Filletto di Hammour for the main course, each highlighting seasonal flavours. To conclude the evening, guests enjoyed exquisite desserts, including Signature Tiramisu and Cheesecake Siciliano, leaving a lasting impression on all. Throughout the dining experience, guests were accompanied by the soothing Italian sounds of Alberto, further enhancing the ambience.
The relaunch event included select VIPs, the media, and hotel management led by General Manager, Bernard de Villele, the new Director of Public Relations and Marketing, Pamela Panduric, Director of Food and Beverage, William Fily, Executive Chef Joergen Sodemann, Director of Human Resources, Rasha Ghoul, and the newly appointed Restaurant Manager at Primavera, Sergio Svriz.
Primavera is open Wednesday to Monday, offering lunch from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and dinner from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
