Do you feel compelled to address the growing concern about stray animals in Bahrain? Lost, abandoned, and often unvaccinated, these animals are in desperate need of care and rehabilitation. Thankfully, organisations like the Bahrain Animal Rescue Centre and The Stay for Strays are stepping up to make a difference. Now, you can play your part by joining an exciting event this weekend.
Paws for a Cause is a fun-filled family cycling event held in collaboration with the Bahrain Cycling Association and under the patronage of HH Sheikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The 10 km ride will kick off on Saturday, 25th January, at 3:00 pm from the NBH Loop in Zallaq.
With an entry fee of just BHD 5, you’ll be helping raise funds and awareness for the construction of a new animal shelter. Payments can be made in cash or via BenefitPay.
Bring your family along, soak up the breezy weather, and pedal for a cause that truly matters. Make this Saturday one to remember!
