Bahrain Cinema Company (CINECO) announced signing an agreement with Ban Management Co to develop and operate multi-screen Cineplex in Amwaj Lifestyle Mall, Amwaj Islands. Cineco currently operates a total of 53 cinema screens across different locations in Bahrain. The ‘Amwaj Village’ project by Ban Management Co expected to open in October 2020 will be a blend of entertainment and food outlets under the same roof.
While the detailed execution plan for the development of the cinema project is underway, as part of the agreement Cineco will undertake the development of 1,177 square meters of the area which will house 4 cinema screens in the Amwaj Lifestyle Mall.
