He also reveals the most rewarding aspect of his role leading the luxury five-star hotel on the island.


In your opinion, what makes a restaurant special?

A restaurant becomes special when it cultivates a sense of community and connection. It’s not just about the food; it’s about creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated. Unique storytelling through the menu, along with attentive service that anticipates guests’ needs, can transform a meal into a memorable experience. Additionally, a restaurant’s ability to adapt and evolve based on feedback and trends can keep it relevant and exciting.


What are some of the dining concepts you’re excited about at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain?

I’m excited about our dynamic dining concepts that truly set us apart, offering unique culinary experiences for every taste. On Seafood Night Mondays, guests enjoy the freshest ocean flavours—an ideal way to start the week. We’re also proud to be the first in Bahrain to introduce the Night Brunch on Thursdays, bringing the vibrant brunch atmosphere to the evening with diverse culinary delights and live band entertainment. Our award-winning Mövenpick brunch on Fridays is a standout, renowned for its international dishes and lively ambience, making it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.  These themed nights showcase our culinary team’s creativity and underline our commitment to exceptional and memorable dining experiences.


Catering to a large extent to travellers in Bahrain, what kind of dining experiences are curated at your F&B outlets keeping them in mind?

We curate dining experiences that reflect both traditional cuisine and international flavours, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Our goal is to provide a taste of local culture while also offering familiar comforts for international travellers. Themed nights and special events are designed to celebrate global cuisines, making their dining experience both diverse and enriching.


How do you ensure your hotel’s F&B offerings always meet the highest standards?

We maintain the highest standards through rigorous quality control processes and continuous staff training. Our team regularly updates the menu based on guest feedback and emerging food trends to keep it fresh and appealing. We also encourage our chefs to innovate and experiment with new techniques and flavours, ensuring that our offerings remain exciting and of the highest quality.


As the General Manager, what do you believe is the most rewarding aspect of your role at Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain?

The most rewarding aspect is the opportunity to create a positive impact on both our guests and our Heartists (Team). Watching our Heartists grow and thrive in their roles while providing exceptional service brings me great satisfaction. Additionally, seeing our guests leave with a smile and a memorable experience reinforces why we do what we do. It’s fulfilling to know that our efforts contribute to creating lasting memories for our guests.
