From 23 September, Marassi Galleria turns into a full day out for families. There are character shows, sneaker pop-ups, evening performances and enough play space to tire out a toddler and a teenager in the same afternoon. Some of it is already underway. Some starts on Wednesday, 23 September. Most of it runs into early October.
The useful part for parents is that it all sits under one roof. Nobody needs to drive between stops, and the schedule is spread across the afternoon and evening, so you can build the day around the ages in your group. Here is what is on, and how to fit it together.
Peppa Pig Day of Adventure
Peppa Pig’s Day of Adventure runs from 23 September to 3 October, and it is built mainly for younger children.
The activity area covers plenty as Peppa and friends take over. Kids can ride a train through Peppa’s town, dig around in the Dinosaur Park, play in Mr. Potato’s Playground and try a camping adventure. There is also a digital Muddy Puddles experience, a visit to Peppa’s House and kitchen, and a recycling activity.
Children can help Granny Pig find her missing chickens, help George track down hidden dinosaurs, play hopscotch, colour in or make finger puppets. Photo spots are set up at Peppa’s House and Madame Gazelle’s Playground.
Peppa Pig Timings
- Activity area: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Thursday to Saturday
- Shows: 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm
- Meet and greets: 4:35 pm, 6:35 pm and 8:35 pm
Kicks Festival
Kicks Festival is already running and continues until 3 October.
Older children and teenagers may head straight here. It is set up as a sneaker-themed campus, with exclusive drops, live customisation, photo moments and interactive style activations. Sneaker fans will know exactly what to do. Everyone else can wander through, take a few pictures and see what the fuss is about.
Saudi National Day Celebrations
Saudi National Day celebrations run from 23 to 26 September, with shows in the evening.
Expect lights, music and a few celebration moments. Shows start at 7:30 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm, so there is room to pick a slot that suits bedtimes.
Three Spaces to Fill the Rest of the Day
If the big events are the headline acts, these are the reliable extras. Each one suits a different age and energy level, which helps when the group is mixed.
Adventure Park
This one is for children aged two and over. It is a sports park with fitness areas, climbing walls, an interactive trampoline area, a foam box, cyber walls, a cave maze and a sling line obstacle course, plus playgrounds. Good for burning off energy before or after a show.

Ground Control
Ground Control is the gaming hub. Think VR experiences, high-tech simulators and multiplayer arenas. Casual players and competitive ones are both covered, so nobody has to sit out.

Marassi Aquarium
The aquarium is the calmer option. It has an oceanarium, a rainforest lagoon and a reef zone, with sharks, rays, arapaima and a giant Pacific octopus. A sensible stop once the running around is done.

Shopping Between the Fun
The mall itself has more than 280 international and local brands, from luxury boutiques to everyday essentials. It calls itself Bahrain’s only shopping resort. That gives parents a few options: a proper browse while the kids are busy, or a quick stop for essentials on the way out.
How to Plan the Day
Start with the aquarium or Adventure Park while energy is high. Head to Peppa’s 6:00 pm show and the 6:35 pm meet-and-greet with younger children. Older ones and adults can split off to Kicks Festival or Ground Control. Then regroup for the 7:30 pm Saudi National Day show.
