Legacy Bahrain, the multi-venue dining destination on the 52nd floor of Bahrain Financial Harbour Tower East, has introduced a new lunch menu built around a simple promise: four plates, endless possibilities. Served daily from 12pm to 3pm, the four-course menu is priced at BHD 9.5 per person, bringing the highest restaurant destination in Bahrain within easy reach of a midday hour.
It is a clever piece of timing. Lunch in the Financial Harbour has long been split between something quick eaten over a keyboard and a long, formal affair that swallows the rest of the afternoon. Legacy’s new menu lands squarely in the space between the two, offering the polish of a proper fine dining experience in a format that fits inside a working day.
Four Courses, Carefully Composed
Starters run from Sea Salt & Saffron, crispy calamari with a garlic saffron aioli, through Golden Croquettes and Honey & Crispy Feta, with The Caesar, The Green Affair and The Legacy Artichoke covering lighter appetites.
The pasta course anchors the menu in its Italian foundations. Friday at Mama’s presents tortiglioni in a creamy tomato sauce with basil and parmesan, Amalfi Lemon dresses spaghetti in an Amalfi lemon butter with basil oil, and a Wild Mushrooms Risotto is deepened with parmesan and truffle paste. The main course, A Bahraini Fish in Paris, brings together a Bahraini-marinated catch and French technique, with crispy skin, herb emulsion and charred lime.
Dessert offers a choice between Vanilla Silk, a vanilla panna cotta with passionfruit and raspberry purée, and The Last Tiramisu, made in the classic fashion with ladyfingers, espresso and mascarpone.
Each course is composed with care and served at a measured pace, attentive to guests who are returning to the working day as much as those settling in for the afternoon.
Dining High Above Manama
