Many of the island’s major properties are running staycation packages this month, ranging from simple bed-and-breakfast deals to full villa takeovers. Palmyard has split its May offering. The Eid staycation runs from 26 to 30 May, with Superior Rooms from BHD 70 per night, including breakfast and a BHD 20 dining credit usable at Circa, The Orangery or Masso. Raffles is offering villa stays exclusive to Bahraini CPR holders, valid until 20 May. Weekday rates (Saturday to Wednesday) start at BHD 100++ for a Royal One Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, BHD 150++ for the two-bedroom version, and BHD 200++ for the three-bedroom. The Ritz has the widest spread of packages this month. The Villa Reconnect offer starts at BHD 700 net for groups of up to six, with breakfast, a choice of lunch or dinner, Royal Beach Club access and valet parking. The Enhanced Staycation is from BHD 125 net with a guaranteed room upgrade. Brunch and Stay (Thursday to Saturday) is from BHD 179 net, pairing brunch at Cantina Kahlo with an overnight. Sheraton has built out one of the broadest package menus on the island, with seven distinct options to pick from.
The standard Bed and Breakfast and Dinner, Bed and Breakfast packages both come with 20% off the retail rate and 20% off food and beverage across participating outlets. There’s also a Stay for Breakfast rate, a double-points offer for Marriott Bonvoy members, and a Kids Stay and Eat Free package where children under 12 stay and dine free when sharing existing bedding.

For something more dining-led, the Half Board Stay and Dine package pairs a Signature Room and daily buffet breakfast with a choice of lunch or dinner at Golestan Persian Grill, served from a set menu.
