Sodal arrives with deep Hilton expertise, having most recently served as Director of Operations at Hilton Bahrain City Centre, where she spearheaded operations of the 594-room flagship. Her credentials include a successful tenure as General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Astana, where she delivered a 20% budget surplus while elevating guest satisfaction scores.

With 16 years across eight brands, including Marriott flagship properties and luxury LXR conversions, she brings a proven track record of balancing exceptional service with strong commercial performance.
