Her credentials include a successful tenure as General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Astana, where she delivered a 20% budget surplus while elevating guest satisfaction scores.
With 16 years across eight brands, including Marriott flagship properties and luxury LXR conversions, she brings a proven track record of balancing exceptional service with strong commercial performance.
The timing is fitting. The hotel has undergone significant enhancements, including a panoramic elevator connecting directly to the parking area.
