Hilton Bahrain is redefining Ramadan with The Dome by STC, an immersive experience supported by Al Haddad Motors and EK Kanoo. Guests can enjoy a starry night ambiance, live cooking stations, and an outdoor shisha lounge. A mini souq showcases local vendors, crafts, and traditional wear, celebrating Bahrain’s rich heritage.
Committed to Hilton’s Green Ramadan Initiative, the hotel has partnered with Bahrain Food Bank to redistribute surplus meals and with Peninsula Farms to transform unavoidable waste into compost, supporting local agriculture.
Iftar at Hilton Bahrain is priced at BHD 20+++ and runs from sunset to 8:00 pm, while Ghabga is also BHD 20+++, available weekdays from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am and weekends until 2:00 am. The Ghabga is accompanied by captivating Kanoon and Oud performances. Children under 5 dine for free, while those aged 6-12 enjoy a special rate of BHD 12.705 NET. Since opening, Hilton Bahrain’s Iftars and Ghabgas have been a huge success. This year, we wanted to take it to the next level—bigger, better, and more memorable. The Dome by STC offers a magical setting with a diverse range of global cuisines, bringing “the world at your plate” in a way that celebrates different cultures and flavours.
For the first time, we’re bringing our Ramadan experience outdoors. The Dome’s breathtaking setting, inspired by mashrabiya patterns and glowing lights, creates an unforgettable atmosphere. Guests can enjoy live entertainment, cosy indoor seating, and two outdoor wings perfect for shisha and live cooking stations. The Dome by STC represents a bold vision brought to life, reflecting our ongoing commitment to providing meaningful Ramadan experiences.
Green Ramadan is Hilton’s commitment to reducing food waste. We use the Winnow system to track consumption and design efficient menus. We also partner with Bahrain Food Bank and Peninsula Farms to donate food and convert waste into compost, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
