Bahrain’s Ministry of Health urges citizens and residents to register online for the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine by visiting the following website: https://healthalert.gov.bh through the provision of a safe vaccine free of charge to the Kingdom’s citizens and residents.
The Kingdom’s National Vaccination Programme, overseen by the National Medical Taskforce for Combatting the Coronavirus (COVID-19), will provide vaccinations at 27 health centres across the Kingdom.
The vaccination steps include
- First dose of the vaccine: Day 0
- Second dose of the vaccine: Day 21
- Antibodies against the virus start to develop in the body: Day 35
