For its sixth consecutive year, Food is Culture returned this Saturday evening the 6th of March, 2021 at the Bahrain National Museum.
It was attended by Farah Matar, Director of the Culture and Arts Department at the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, as well as a limited number of members of the cultural movement.
In its first event, Food is Culture brought together Abdullah bin Dayna, founder of Mt. Fuji Kakigori and Dessert House, with the trio behind pop music band “Do You Really Like It” Abdulla Mahmood, Debbie Francisco and Sean Fernandes, as Bin Dayna collaborated with the band to provide the audience with a unique tasting experience, in which pop and rock melodies fuse with the flavors of his Japanese ice cream.
