Bahrain is ending the year with its biggest fireworks display yet. At midnight on 1 January 2026, eight locations across Manama will launch simultaneous fireworks and a drone show to close out the Celebrate Bahrain season. If you’re planning to watch the NYE fireworks in Bahrain, here’s where to go and what to expect.
All displays kick off at the same time, so you’ll need to pick your spot early to avoid traffic and crowds. The eight hubs are:
The Avenues Bahrain – The expanded Boardwalk offers waterfront views. Wrap up warm as it gets cold by the water at night.
Bahrain World Trade Centre – The iconic twin towers create a striking backdrop for the fireworks display.
Bahrain Harbour – A central waterfront location with clear views of both fireworks and drones.
Seef District – Water Garden City provides a gorgeous waterfront spot where you can watch the fireworks reflect on the water.

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay – One of Bahrain’s most recognisable landmarks, with prime viewing from multiple angles.
Manama – Watch from anywhere between the Sheikh Hamad Bridge and the Sheikh Isa bin Salman Bridge in the capital.
Bahrain Bay Beach – For something different, take a paddleboard or kayak out on the water with operators like Kashta Tours and Island Activities. You’ll watch the entire show from the bay.
Marassi Al Bahrain – The furthest location from Bahrain Bay, ideal if you’re based closer to Muharraq. Note that Marassi is a private venue.
Important Note: The Drone Show is limited only to the Bahrain Bay area.
If you want the full spectacle, position yourself near the Bahrain World Trade Centre. The towers turn into a mesmerising backdrop to the fireworks and drone show display.
For a waterfront atmosphere, head to Water Garden City in Seef or The Avenues Boardwalk. Both spots let you watch reflections dance across the water while staying relatively sheltered.
The most unique vantage point? Get out on the water at Bahrain Bay Beach. Watching from a kayak or paddleboard puts you right in the middle of the action across all eight locations.
