Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) was officially inaugurated under the patronage of His MajestyKing Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on November 21, 2022. The venue saw an impressive opening the very next day, with three concurrent events occupying six out of the ten new exhibition halls-Jewellery Arabia, Cityscape, and Scent Arabia.

EWB is a stunning piece of architecture with exquisite accents of traditional designs over a total area of 309,000 square metres. It is an innovative, adaptable and flexible space, made to host multiple concurrent events of different sizes and genres, from large conventions and exhibitions to conferences and meetings, live entertainment performances, weddings, galas and celebrations, and corporate functions.

EWB is a project that compliments Bahrain’s appeal as a destination and capitalizes on its potential to become a regional hub for the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. Bahrain is a very special destination and has long been a hub for trade, art, and culture. EWB is owned by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), and it’s operated by BTEA’s strategic partner ASM Global, a world-leading venue management company. The project falls is aligned with Bahrain Tourism Strategy 2022-26, and is a key priority within the government’s tourism agenda.
