Winter is here and this November both fondue and raclette are on offer at Swiss-Belhotel Seef’s all-day dining restaurant, Swiss-Café.
The Swiss national dish is making a comeback this winter to entice cheese lovers all over the island. A sociable tradition, the fondue will have your friends and family gather around a communal hotpot of melted cheeses mixed with grapes, dipping in crusty chunks of bread for a fun and truly warming treat. The fondue also comes with a side of mixed greens to ease the guilt these extra calories might bring in.
Equally delightful, the raclette is making its first appearance on Swiss-Café’s menu this season. This cheese heavenly dish consists of melting tasty buttery raclette cheese on a small grill placed at the center of the table, layered onto steaming hot potatoes. This ultimate comfort food experience is topped with a selection of cold cuts and pickles to enjoy it with.
Sit in the modern interior or outdoors on the terrace overlooking the city and gather around these authentic Swiss cheese dishes for a convivial moment at Swiss-Café starting November 1st, 2018. Fondue & Raclette at Swiss-Café start at BD15++ per person (minimum of 2 people). Dinner is served every day from 7pm to 11pm. Bookings are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance and for dinner only.
