Biryani Rice – 1kg

Biryani masala – 1/2 cup

Onion – 2 pcs

Green chili – 3 pcs

Ginger and garlic paste

Garam masala

Raisin – 50 grams

Cashew nuts – 50 grams

Ghee – 100ml
