Say aloha to the newly crafted Tiki cocktails at Downtown! Outlet Manager Ketut Budiana envisioned this tropical concept that includes tiki-inspired cocktails and blends. Ketut said that they want to create something a bit different and we think that they really hit the nail on the head with these cocktails. The variety of cocktails are carefully crafted to suit every taste, presented at the table dressed with fruits.
The cocktails definitely taste like a mini-vacation and feel like an irresistible escape with every sip. They are tropical, fruity and easy to drink. Frozen concoctions include Tiki Passion, Heartbreaker, Tuvalu, Tonga and the Samoa. A personal favourite, Tonga, is composed of Dark Rum, Spiced Rum, Over Proof Rum, Cherry Liqeurs, Pineapple Juice, Cocolopez and Passion fruits. The stylish and decorative designs of the cocktails create an instant fun mood, and are very eye-catching and stand out from other ready-to drink options in the market.
And while you’re at Downtown, you need to treat yourself to the homemade Tex Mex cuisine prepared by their talented chefs. There’s a thin line between bars with food and bars with excellent food. This is a list of the latter – where food is much better than it needs to be. The platter with calamari, shrimps and quesadilla were absolutely amazing.
