Bahrain Jewellery Centre (BJC) has long been a cornerstone of the luxury market in Bahrain, known for housing prestigious jewellery and watch brands. At Jewellery Arabia, BJC’s pavilion showcased over 40 brands, reflecting its dedication to craftsmanship and evolving trends. We caught up with Mohamed Shirazi, Director of Bahrain Jewellery Centre on the sidelines of the region’s biggest jewellery showcasr, to gain insight into the brand’s vision.

Shirazi highlights BJC’s focus on anticipating market trends. “We always strive to bring the best for our customers by keeping an eye on the latest trends and incorporating them into our offerings,” he says. This year, BJC expanded its portfolio with new jewellery brands aimed at appealing to diverse clientele, covering various age groups and tastes. “It’s about staying adaptable and moving forward with the evolving market,” Shirazi adds.

With over 40 brands under one roof at the pavilion, BJC aimed to cater to a broad audience. “Our selection this year reflects a wide range of styles, ensuring there’s something for everyone,” Shirazi notes. By bringing in fresh names alongside established luxury brands, BJC continues to solidify its role as a leader in the jewellery and watch market.

While Shirazi refrains from biases, he acknowledges his affinity for luxury timepieces. “Every year, we introduce remarkable pieces. There are a few standout watches this year that certainly capture attention,” he says.

As BJC looks to the future, Shirazi emphasizes the importance of curating collections that resonate with changing tastes. By blending timeless elegance with contemporary designs, BJC aims to maintain its position as a key player in the luxury market.
