Tamer Farouk, General Manager at Hilton Bahrain, has played a pivotal role in introducing CLAW BBQ to the Kingdom. Having first encountered the brand during his time as GM at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai, he knew it would work here.
“CLAW BBQ is so much more than a restaurant; it’s a whole experience. From the Southern hospitality and the renegade vibe to the delicious food and drinks; guests don’t just come to eat, they come to have fun,” says Farouk.
Hilton Bahrain, located in the island’s entertainment district, was deemed the natural home for this lively concept. “Our hotel already has a fun and quirky personality, and CLAW BBQ brings exactly that. It’s lively, it’s unique, and it’s designed for people who want to roll up their sleeves, dig in, and really enjoy themselves,” Farouk adds.
At CLAW BBQ, you’ll find crowd favourites like slow-cooked BBQ beef ribs, tender Texas-style brisket and an array of seafood, including King Crab, Snow Crab, Oysters and more.
The menu also features CLAW BBQ’s sensational range of burgers, comfort food classics (think stuffed jalapeños, fried Pickles and indulgent desserts not to mention their signature tableside guacamole. All of it is served with CLAW BBQ’s uniquely fun, all-American flair, which is best enjoyed with an ice-cold cocktail, a perfect pint or an indulgent milkshake.
Beyond the food, it’s the immersive atmosphere that sets the tone. CLAW BBQ Bahrain features multiple billiards tables, interactive darts, basketball, pinball and punching machines as well as a huge number of large screens on which you can enjoy all the major sporting events throughout the year. Hilton Bahrain has become popular among Juffair’s dining crowd that looks for fun moments woven into the experience.
