Chicken Caesar Wraps are All the Buzz in Bahrain: Where to Find Them on the Go?

Bahraincover

Give it a few weeks and it feels like every café on the island has added a chicken caesar wrap to the menu. It’s not hard to see why. You get all the good bits of a caesar salad, the crunch, the parmesan, that thick garlicky dressing, but rolled into something you can eat one-handed while stuck in traffic or power-walking between meetings. That’s pretty much the idea behind the best wraps in Bahrain.

That’s really the appeal. A salad needs a fork, a table and ten spare minutes. A wrap needs neither. It travels well too, which means it works just as easily for a beach day in July as it does for a rushed breakfast in January. This one isn’t going anywhere by autumn. It’s become a proper lunch staple across Bahrain, and more kitchens are adding their own version every month.

Where To Find Chicken Caesar Wraps In Bahrain

Here are 5 Bahrain kitchens currently serving their own take on the chicken caesar wrap, from delivery-only concepts to sit-down café menus. Which one’s your favourite?

Caesr

The name gives it away. Caesr is a brand-new concept built entirely around the dish, and its namesake Caesar wrap was one of the first things it launched with. There’s no storefront to walk into, at least not yet. Everything runs through delivery, with orders taken on both Talabat and Keeta. | @caesr.bh

Deboned

Deboned takes a slightly different route, swapping the usual flour tortilla for a whole wheat one. Inside you’ll find char-grilled chicken, parmesan, crisp lettuce and their own caesar dressing, all wrapped together. It’s available for delivery through Talabat. | @deboned.bh

Lahom

Over in Saar, Lahom keeps things fairly classic. Fresh chicken, crunchy lettuce and a rich, creamy caesar dressing, wrapped together without much fuss. | @lahom.bh

OTW

OTW’s branch in Riffa serves a Caesar wrap built for exactly the kind of on-the-go crowd that got this whole trend moving in the first place. It’s packed with the usual fillings and sized for eating one-handed, whether that’s in the car or on the way to somewhere else. | @otw.bh

Self Eatery

Self Eatery in Riffa has had a Truffle Caesar Wrap on its menu since 2025, adding an earthy truffle note to the usual chicken and caesar combination. If you haven’t tried it, it’s been on the menu long enough to earn a following. | @selfeatery

How To Make A Chicken Caesar Wrap At Home?

A chicken caesar wrap comes together in under fifteen minutes using chicken, romaine lettuce, parmesan, caesar dressing, croutons and a large tortilla.

What You’ll Need

  • Chicken: grilled, crispy, or leftover rotisserie chicken, sliced or shredded
  • Lettuce: crisp romaine, roughly chopped
  • Cheese: parmesan, freshly grated
  • Dressing: creamy caesar dressing
  • Crunch: croutons, roughly chopped
  • Tortilla: one large flour tortilla, 10 to 12 inches
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: avocado for creaminess, chickpeas for extra protein, onion for a sharper bite

Method

  • Warm the tortilla for about 20 seconds in a dry pan or the microwave, just enough to make it pliable so it doesn’t crack when you roll it.
  • Toss the chicken, lettuce, parmesan and croutons together in a bowl with the caesar dressing. Season with salt and pepper, and add avocado, chickpeas or onion if you’re using them.
  • Lay the tortilla flat and spoon the filling along the centre, leaving a couple of inches clear on each side.
  • Fold in both ends, then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up.
  • Slice it in half on a diagonal and eat it straightaway, while the tortilla’s still warm and the lettuce hasn’t gone soft.

Whether you pick one up on the way to work or put one together in your own kitchen, it’s an easy way to get a proper meal into a five-minute window.
