In cooperation with “Dar Al-Fan”, the RAK Art Foundation announced the launch of the first exhibition of its kind in the MENA region earlier in the year, one that deals with non-fungible tokens (NFT) technology to trade artwork. This demonstrates Bahrain’s leading role in this global digital trend, of artistic and cultural production.
Creatives from Bahrain, the region and abroad will participate in the exhibition and key artists will present the step-by-step process that one must navigate to enter the NFT world, including Leena Al Ayoobi and Adnan Al-Ahmad to name a few. The exhibition also encompasses workshops under the supervision of experts in the field, tutorials for artists and hobbyists and much more.
