It’s the most awaited time of the year! Bahrain Confidential’s annual Best Restaurants Awards have returned for the fourth time, and so has the Ultimate Dining Guide! 26 restaurants have made it to this year’s list, representing myriad cuisines – Japanese, Mediterranean, Italian, Iranian, and so on.
First launched in 2019, Bahrain Confidential’s Best Restaurants is a platform that has grown into a definitive guide to the most exceptional restaurants.
Unlike most awards, where categories and criteria are set by organisers, Bahrain’s Best Restaurants Awards is designed to be completely authentic and unbiased.
Every year, we invite judges from around Bahrain’s hospitality, F&B industries, and a handful of experts to vote for their favourite restaurants. Each restaurant in Bahrain, regardless of its category or price point, is on equal footing. The voting process is simple, and the recognition is based on authentic experiences.
26 dining spots made it to the final list of the Best Restaurants (by judges’ votes) this year. They represent the best of the island’s dining scene and the most popular cuisines in Bahrain.
The island’s best dining spots represent these cuisines:

46 Judges – General Managers of Bahrain 5-Star and leading 4-Star hotels, top food influencers, as well as a handful of selected honorary judges – joined the panel this year.
The judges are given no suggestions, categories, price ranges, order of preference, or anything else. The only rule? Judges could not vote for any restaurant connected to their own brand/company. This rule creates an authentic format – one where the judges choose the winning restaurants just based on their dining experiences.
Public Voting is now open, and you can vote for your favourite restaurants in Bahrain until 10 November. Show your favourite spots some love. Not sure how to get around to voting? Click here for a step-by-step guide.
