The iconic Water Garden has finally opened in Manama! After undergoing major development for the past few years, the public park was inaugurated by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD) Consultative Council President.
“This public park, which was set up in 1948, is linked to the national memory as a heritage facility, a recreational outlet, and a tourist destination “, she said.
The park and its facilities will be managed and maintained by the Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO).
