Bahrain’s viral video of the day was that of a woman, presumably a maid, sitting in a speeding car, clutching a large box. The catch? She was sitting in the car’s boot.
Traffic police initiated legal action against the driver after the video surfaced online. The driver, a 20-year-old woman, was booked along with her vehicle, for ‘risking the safety of a person’.
While many social media users commented on the complete disregard for the safety of the woman seated in the boot, few raised questions as to what was in the large box.
